CEO

Simon is an experienced CEO and construction leader who brings energy, vision and a deep rooted passion for the industry to his role.

Having progressed from the tools as a joiner to leading multiple businesses as Managing Director and CEO, Simon understands construction from the ground up and has built his leadership style on practical experience.

Over the years he has led organisations across many areas of the construction sector, gaining valuable insight from both challenges and successes.

Simon leads by example, with a leadership style based on trust, authenticity and a clear commitment to delivering high-quality work. He is known for his hands-on approach and for fostering a culture where responsibility is shared and teamwork is valued.

Simon is focused on creating an environment where individuals can thrive, where teamwork is genuine and where there is pride in every project delivered.

His understanding of how projects are built, delivered and experienced by clients and end users ensures delivery is underpinned by technical precision, consistency and strong client relationships.

Away from work

A dedicated family man, Simon can often be found on the sidelines of local sporting events, supporting his children’s activities with the same enthusiasm he brings to his professional role.

He has also recently rediscovered his love of golf and is quietly pleased that his current handicap gives him something of an advantage, as he’s playing better than the numbers suggest!
